Inspired by {hometalk}

This week Julie has directed our attention towards Home Talk for inspiration.
and I seen so many neat things and stopped looking when I came across the alter a vase article linked to below because, I knew I had this Lavender fields stamp set waiting for its turn to be inky in my studio.

 This is just two stamps in the Club Scrap set, the label off to the left of the tin is blank and there are sentiments in the set that will fit there. to give it some contrast I did color that label with a cream pencil also. The rustic woodgrain print is from Recollections at Micheals. its one of those loose sheets that go on sale for cheap but, it is on the thin side so, when you pair it with PTI cardstock ( spring moss color seen here) that has no forgiveness if you glue it crooked its one of those things where you think, its a good thing it comes in a 12" square size lol.

this was colored with polychromos and prisma pencils on some Neenah solar white.

You can read this article here inside the site. And you can find this challenge here at SCS to play along with us. thanks for stopping by.
