Shimmering Plaid

A closer look at how the Twinkling H2O's look in real life when you tilt the card. This was done inspired by these nails seen here on this gal's pinterest board for the Inspiration Challenge today. These were all painted free hand after the ink was dry from the sentiment. The color names of the Luminarte twinkling H2O's are Pink Crocus, French Vanilla, Peppermint Taffy, Pink Cloud, Sea Spray, & Sky Blue

The sentiment was stamped with Versafine Imperial Purple on some Neenah solar white cardstock and left to dry. because, I really didn't have a plan for this wishing you a Happy Easter sentiment for the new release and I happened across those plaid nails this morning and thought well maybe... if it was translucent enough. ( rather than a dry brush acrylic is what it looks more like to me on the nails) and so, This is just a simple one. the watercolor & mat are both cut with Simon Says Stamp stitched rectangle dies and up on pop dots over the base. the ribbon is from May Arts and this one is 5 1/2" square in real life.
