most of the cards in this post have been made since the middle of November and I put off posting them until they had gone out in the mail, or were hauled to work for different people who had purchase requests. (except the 2 from last weekends VSN)
A closer look at the details.
This stamp is from Stamps Happen, the one finished out at A-7 in real life.
This ornament was watercolored a while back, and is up on pop dots here.
Now these, were not green originally, I have these Spectrum noir glitter pens, and the green is leaking and I had no clue when I picked it up but, I had used teeny dots in the leaves, and they did not want to dry, so after a couple of days when I was coloring the background I caught one of the drips with the water pen and the green when everywhere so, I deliberately made the backgrounds green diluting those drops.
I mailed most of these earlier in the week and so, the ones I made for people on my list should have started being delivered by now...
That is the Ellen Hutson Mondo Poinsettia on this one.
The tree die on these is from Simon Says stamp.
a dylusions sentiment, this is one of the ones I made "real quick" that night before that customer needed funny cards to pick through.
This was originally a tag but, I decided it would work better on a card front so, I made a card base for it and this is one of the ones she bought ( even though its not really humorous)
The sentiment on this one is from Kaiser Craft.
The sentiment on this one is from Taylored expressions.
ODBD ornament
The background die is from SSS on the one on the left I split the pieces and popped up the bottom half, on the one on the right I taped them together on the backside and popped up both pieces ( to tie on the textiles) the sentiment is from Elizabells. Its nearly impossible to see but, there is clear stickles glitter glue under all the snowfall cut outs and on the treeline edge.
Taylored Expressions Sentiment.
And I have almost used up these DCWV bases that I wall papered so long ago.
One of my friends collects angels so, thought of this for her.
Friday night there was the winter VSN, and Michelle has a challenge ( going on now) to do something inspired by the some thing in the lyrics of the Christmas song from Nat King Cole, so the assumption here is using this sentiment as a guide, our spirits should be bright?
That sentiment is from Unity Stamps and I masked off the holly sprig that sits on the corner of it.
Denise has a challenge to make a "snarky" card inspired by the movie bad moms and neighbors, I have not seen these movies but, I'd guess this fits just fine into "snarky land"
another one that was done really fast for the "funny" pile for that gal.
Some that picked up some of the scraps from the recently trio of tree's cards with the icy blues and minty greens.
The lamb is a Whipper Snapper image ( that comes in a set )
The sentiment is an Avery Elle ornamental die.
This one is A-7 in real life.
This one that tree is from the Concord & 9th O Christmas tree set, and the sentiment is from the Avery Elle Ornamental die set.
