QFTD99 For JenMarie *Ü*

There is some kind of a challenge at split coast stampers I *think* every day of the week, one of the one's I have not really paid much attention to is called Queen for the day, and this is announced on friday's. so, last friday the announcement came that this weeks Queen is Jennifer Taylor aka JenMarie. these cards are not CASE'd from specific cards in Jen's gallery more like inspired by... she uses Kraft cardstock really well with POPs of color, lots of paper pieced things in fun colors, little birdy's are a frequent sight to see in Jen's gallery with coffee themes here and there and so, I knew I wanted to paper piece a bird on kraft some how and it had to be CUTE...
so, this Spellbinders nested bird was die cut from the websters pages dot pp, then while it was still in the die colordusted some broken china distress onto it to give it that pop of blue color framed. the butterflies were not scaled just right to fit an A-2 card so, they are a bit off the edges, cut with scissors and bent up a bit.
The sentiment on the card on the left is from the Ippity set wine with friends, and the sentiment on the right is from the Unity set called hodgepodge of happiness. the branch is an die cut with the Memory Box woodland branch die, the gingham ribbon's unknown. the pink pearls on the butterflies are from Kaiserkraft and the bigger blue one for the birds eye is from recollections. the Kraft bases are from Papertrey ink.
So, after I had those done, I had these stamps on the table that needed cleaned, and the sentiment on the left is also from the wine with friends set, the base was embossed with an folder from Darice ( it leaves that flat space to stamp in the middle) the blue swirly stamp is from SU, the butterfly is cut out of the MME pp. the silver pearls are from kaiserkraft the gold ones are from recollections. the seam binding is metal grey and that lace is either May Arts or SU (not sure anymore) the sentiment on the right is over stamped on a scrap of PTI kraft and cut out with an spellbinders label as the first time I did it it was just a bit too crooked for me so this hides that.
These are all A-2 in real life.
