The name of this cutie is Ruffles get well, it came to me via the PIF threads from Pammers { Thanks Pam!}, its die cut with an spellbinders labels die as is the Gina K make a wish sentiment. the tiny brads are recollections, the larger one is American Crafts. The pp is from K & Co. and the base is Blush Blossom. Its 5 1/2" Square in real life. used some deckle scissors and antique linen distress on the edges.
