VSN Mini... {Frozen}

This one was done for Misti's challenge seen here ( to use ice cubes) well, you see its like this... I don't own any stamps with an ice cube on them... and I knew I had some drink images that Leigh Anne rak'd me a looong time ago and I "thought" they had ice in them... haha, nope, there is this one that has lemon hearts and another one with Christmas baubles inside a pitcher... So, I decided that these are really those fake ice cubes you can get at an kitchen gadget store now a days that you freeze them. ( they are any kind of funny thing you can think of a theme for anymore) and they don't water down the drink when they thaw.

you see that right? so, this uses up three of those images the glass was cut out and popped up and the lemons were on a yellow piece of cardstock so, they are paper pieced into the popped up part.

This was done for Tammie's VSN challenge you can see here ( it's an inspiration photo) This Penny Black heaven on earth was stamped on some Sahara sand with versafine vintage sepia and cut out with deckle scissors. the edges were inked with some creamy brown and this piece is popped up over that woodgrain cover sheet. ( its whole sheets with that pattern that I picked up at the paperzone a long time ago) the fibers are brown bag fibers and the sentiment is from Savvy Stamps on an justrite diecut.

This was done because, everything was still laying on the table and I figured what the heck. its also A-6 in real life, difference is there is no sentiment and the string on the side I cut off of a wrapped package of Hero Arts sentiments a while back and thought I liked the way the colors contrasted. (hoarders R us)

Altered gift sacks

all of these were decorated with things on the table more or less.

started going through the suitcases ( seriously ) and came across the price tags from selling things like this in the past so did up some new ones.

Some Christmas Cards

this blueprints snowflake was stamped twice the top one is on watercolor paper and is popped up.

that tied on metal snowflake charm is from SU and the sentiment is an Kaiser craft one.

This was done for this week's featured stamper Monika, ( her card is seen here

its 4" X 9" in real life.

Think this one sold, but best guess is that reindeer is Hero Arts, the sentiment is A Muse and the printed paper is probably basic grey.

This was something I think I may have put on instagram a while back when I first got this ornamental pines mounted. the cones and pines are stamped with versafine and then there is some snow-tex and or stickles glitter glue on these with assorted sentiments. a bunch of these were already sold back in Sept. to the lady who needed 20 Christmas cards then, so the rest of these made since then are a trying to fill the hole for the booth.

this one the sentiment is Unity Stamps and the snowman is paper inspirations? ( something like that)

the deer diecut is an Tim Holtz one and the sentiment is Unity Stamps.

This tree is from Penny Black with an A Muse sentiment. this one is A-7 in real life done for the weekly CAS challenge this week which was non-traditional christmas colors.

That stocking is an Sizzix one, where the die and the folder were a set. thinking that sentiment is from SU.

I don't remember now how big any of these ornamental pine ones turned out to be, I did not want to post them during the middle of HYCCT. so, its my own fault for not writing anything down.

I do not remember who makes that sheet music paper, the sentiment is from Impress .

Sizzix tim holtz tattered poinsettia die with an Unity Stamps sentiment.

Impression Obsession window with an Hero Arts sentiment.

this is purely printed paper...where the white dots are there is stardust stickles glitter glue over them.

the deer are from SU a Beautiful Season set and the sentiment is from Kaiser craft.

these pine branches are from simon says stamp and the sentiment I am thinking is an Northwoods one.

this is an Anna Griffin embossing folder I borrowed from my mil a very long time ago that I still have not found for sale since... it was brayered with some mellow moss and then the berried were colored with an marker later. the sentiment is from My Favorite Things.

this dog is from Impression Obsession and the sentiment is from Unity Stamps.

This is an stampers anonymous tim holtz blueprints poinsettia with an clearly besotted sentiment.

this in an Art Impressions snowman with an Hero Arts sentiment. its A-7 in real life.

WOYWW #283 {sprayed tags}

If you have not visited on a Wednesday before and are wondering about this mess you can visit Julia's blog here and play along with us. ( we are peeking at what people are pushing around on their desks today)

I know its been forever and a half since I have played a long. I actually took photos twice of the desk during that time frame and never got around to posting them. I think my life is starting to become its new normal. becoming an empty-nester is a shock to the system even when you know its coming.

So anyways, you see that pile of vintage store bought tags on the right? ( that is what did not get sprayed on sunday and monday nights) ( I bought an open shoe box of these tags at a yard sale for .50 cents) yes, that is right... and holy tag pile its a lot of them, so I started  untangling  them thinking to put them away and then thought well you may as well start altering them so they are more ready to play with and it got me thinking of how so many people come by the booth and they are crafty and they will say something like Oh, I just love these BUT, I dont do things like this... so, I ended up spraying 1 dozen tags in every spray color I own ( 'cept those two bottles left on the tables the pumps are not working) which was 21 colors and I divided them up into packages of 4 of the same color.

and I am thinking about putting these into the booth as "ready to use" altered vintage tags. and I am thinking .50 cents a package ( do you think that is too much?) they are only sprayed on one side.

I am going to spend some time tinkering with the spray nozzles on those last two bottles to see if I can get them working, if not. maybe I can find empty spray bottles to move the contents to.
Happy Wednesday! hope you are doing something inky and thanks for stopping by!

a few more fall things

this chick is from cats life press and that sentiment is from Hero Arts.

Colored these a few weeks ago and made some time to turn them into cards last week.

I like coloring pumpkins. funny true story this gingham paper is from GKD and its glossy like photo paper.

an Kaiser craft sentiment on a 3" card. may be 3 1/2" forgot already.

Some October things {an catch up post}

This was done as an Featured Stamper case of this pretty card from Mel seen here

This one is an featured stamper case of this tag made by Julia seen here.

This was done as an extra for Tabbatha's mixed media thank you hycct challenge, and the mediums are on the belly band of the to go cup.

This was the instructions I wrote to tuck into the packaging so, they will hopefully be able to read my handwriting and get the idea of being able to use it to tuck in a gift card. ( I did not make these for the ones headed to the booth in a few weeks)

This one is a flat totally glued down card, just playing with this happy mail from MFT the die and perk up sentiment set. this is A-2 in real life.

the sentiment on this one is from SU and the printed paper is from DCWV.

I dont remember who makes the pp. but, that button is from Making Memories.

these were done somewhere after the first few posts of these gift card holder cards were made I just did not make time to post them until now, the sentiment on the left came from the MFT perk up set.

a few more.

which then put me at 25 of these to go cup gift card holders for the booth. ( I have not made so many of one theme before so, maybe there is a big enough assortment of themes that it will not matter) I am thinking I will ask 3.00 for these.
