WOYWW #330

If this is your first wednesday visit and your curious about the mess being on display its all explained here at our hostess Julia's blog.
What I walked away from on Sunday evening. Monday and tuesday were play in the dirt outside days... I had *almost* used that Celtic heart on one of the samples but, chose a different image instead.  I will use it eventually I think. oh and that is a newish set from MFT that I bought with the idea of doing some watercolor backgrounds maybe for HYCCT sometime. the lettering looks a little more free hand than typed.

one of the samples has tulle on it, some had string. I have not done anything with that new tree die cut yet but, did cut a couple out of gold metallic mirror paper. I cannot remember if those ribbons went on samples or Christmas cards.

scrap pile is breeding in the dark, some of the newer sentiments that were stamped and left to dry are still in/on/under it, and I still have not inked the bird crazy accessories but, I keep leaving them out in hopes of doing that sooner or later. not sure if I will buy the dies for those yet or not. The ODBD happy mail has not arrived yet, the postoffice has not scanned the package for a week now so, I will try to track it again later when I get home and maybe it will show up on next weeks desk shots.

Looks a very busy desk. You've obviously been very busy. I fancy those bird crazy accessories. It looks as if there are lots of stamps in the set. Have a lovely week. Barb #24

Oh I leave stuff out in the hope of getting around to it too. I hope it works better for you than it does me! I like text that doesn't look too computer generated too, sometimes it's not the font, its the pin accurate line spacing, just makes it feel a bit clinical!

I can see your Crazy bird stamps, I believe that my die to cut the accessories is on it's way to me at this very moment, can't wait for it to arrive. I often leave new stuff out otherwise if I don't use it when it first arrives I forget about it. Hope you have a good week and a happy woyww, Angela x 27

Snort! I love that one greeting I spied in your pile: my door is always open, hopefully you'll leave. Hee hee! I quit leaving things out in hopes of getting to them. I found out that I rarely did and then they were in the way of what I did want to play with. I understand that keeping things out works for some folks! Lots of nifty things on your desk. Love the font of those new greetings. Thanks for the visit earlier. I don't think that the card in the box is really that complicated of a fold. But then again, we already know that I'm weird. Goodness, what a busy desk, Stacy! Mine always seems to be tidy mid-week, between projects, for some reason. Thanks for your nice comment - I did another colouring page this evening, this time using perfect pearls. Really fun and relaxing. Yes, definitely feeling better and keen to get my life back even if it does involve cooking lol!

Happy WOYWW,
