ooh this was done a few weeks ago I guess ( the coloring ) I think I did this the day before the how to color folds tutorial came out in the weekly email. and I smiled. and I let it sit on the table a while.
and one of the times I was "cleaning" I had placed it near this heat embossed lace from DTGD. and thought that looks interesting. from this angle you can see the glitter pen work on the dress. I also took pale warm grey to his arms and face for some stubble.
somewhere recently I had seen some company ( mft?) come out with dymo words a stamp set) but, where ever I seen it I could not enlarge it to show me the words they had in the set or find it in the site and then later I kind of laughed because, I have a couple dymo label makers. so, this is why that came about. Plus, I am not real sure what I wanted the words to be on this one.
the U plastic disc is a doodlebug letter ( from a million years ago, no clue if they still make them)
The ribbon was a recent purchase something May Arts cut by the yard.
This one is 6" square in real life, the couple is George & Scarlett (psst they are on sale again right now as I type this) The face less images are growing on me I guess. ( I have a handful of them now, all from Unity stamps) and that is always the first thing Tim says when one is done... they have no faces.

This is totally gorgeous. Your coloring job is supreme--stubble!!! The colors in this are awesome.
Hi Stacy,
Thank you for sharing this absolutely wonderful card, the colour really catches ones eyes and creates a soothing experience.
I would also like to thank you for using Dymo in this creation, I think it really added an extra touch to the whole design.
I look forward to future creations!
With best regards,
