Fallidays { day 3}

 This was done for Bev's challenge to smear (embossable) inks on a background and heat emboss that. so, I did choose three colors of embossing powder, some WOW gold, Stampendous enamel and Zing brown sugar on some Paper trey ink vintage cream cardstock. I just randomly patted the inks and powders and kept layering them so the very bottom layer is brown sugar on this actually. I was thinking I was going to cut it up to become a frame but, I had set it on my scrap pile while I was heat embossing the blooms and seen this scrap frame and thought well maybe... so, I did not even trim the background down. This did warp the sheet a little so the whole panel is up on foam tape over the base.

a closer look at the blooms. ( Altenew Magnolia's for her) that were heat embossed with gold on vintage cream and colored slightly with an SU blush blossom marker. they are only glued in the centers so the petals all are up in the air a bit.

 For Sonja's card drive challenge to make a wrinkled Birthday Card for Hospice in Florida.

So, funny (not) true story... I have a new cell phone, it has a supposedly top of the line camera. (the photo below was shot with it, as far as the focus and such goes it seems to be pretty good for a phone camera... but, the color adjusting it does drives me crazy. the correct colors of this card were shot with a real camera above... so, this one below is just a peek at the textures...
that is really green not blue in real life. I cannot find a way to make this camera stop doing this for things shot on my table under Ott lights. ( this is the "no filters no nothing shot) The tag is actually kraft .
