Friday evening

This was done for a CASE of this card of Gail's from when she was featured stamper a few weeks ago. I seen this and wanted to do it and then I tore the room apart and re-arranged everything ( which will be a different post shortly) anyways I did make more than two changes to this. the black lace punched paper was changed to regular vintage lace and the pearls in the center were switched to a button. This is 5X7 in real life.  that gingham is a double sided paper from a co. called fresh goods. the other side is kraft with some lighter colored swirly medallion type things. ( I bought it for the gingham)

Now these ended up being more of an Inspired by than an actual case of this tag of Sylvia's I love the peek-a-boo effect of the printed paper showing through the diecut hole and wanted to try that. I did not have any of the things she used so, I used this tag & tie die from sizzix along with the snowflakes from the sizzix snowflake 3 die. and let me tell you its a hard thing to line this up when you cannot see through the die... I bet this would be easier with something open like an spellbinders die but my spellbinders tag dies are smaller than this.

these tags were done with the scraps of the scraps used above more or less. the merry Christmas is from SU. the gingham pp is from fresh goods.

this one that pp is called gingham dot from Daisy D's with an Savvy stamps sentiment and a die cut from the sizzix snowflake 3 die.

the button on this one is from a craft buttons pack from Joann's.
