Still Hacked

Changed the password on the gmail, noticed it sent out more mail to everyone who ever sent me mail to this gmail address again this morning at 3 am... if you got one delete it. I have removed every email that was in this gmail's contacts and every person who was an google plus contact. I have no idea how to stop this.
