Rebecca's challenge asks us for a rainbow... and this was the first thing I thought of was I had this kid quote and had these fishtail dies on the table... so, its just a quick and simple one. I am sure I have seen people layer these like this before most likely with printed papers but, I cannot think of whom I seen do this design before. such is life.

Great card! Love the rainbow of banners. I kind of like thunderstorms though... they are bit more thrilling than rainbows. The cat would disagree with me though.
