WOYWW #297 {shopping}

It's Wednesday! So, this means here is some of what was dumped out of the bag onto the table last night shots. This blog hop starts at our Hostess Julia's blog seen here if you'd like to play along. (you know you want to)

this desk view is brought to you in part by enablers at splitcoaststampers. (mainly Loll  & Nancy) Nancy made the most amazing colored card with these Tim Holtz bird stamps not to long ago and Loll has been posting cards using this inka gold and so, I stopped into scrappycraft when I was fetching the ice for work yesterday. ( that store is worth the stop off the freeway if you ever end up driving I-5 through so. Oregon.) anyways the pit stop started for those inka gold pots. and the owner of the store said they are not "quite" good and she gave these to me to see if I could make them work. ( I think they are supposed to be wetter and maybe more like a paste? but, these are more solid. I have not tried yet, just dumped out the bag shot these blurry shots with my phone and had to go do other domestic goddess baloney.

the other new things that came home with me are a couple new stencils, some pan pastels ( have not played with these before) and a pot of copper bo bunny glitter paste? I guess you smear it on with your finger and it leaves a trail of the glitter behind without showing the glue. ( I am thinking this would work cool on 3 d things maybe flower petals) oh and that sentiment is from IO. and all the rest of the mess came about on monday from the embossing folder stamping card that I have not cleaned up that yet.  on the computer front. I have given up on this one and am having a new one built. so, I will be mostly peeking in during the slow times at work because. this post has taken almost an hour to do between trying to get the photos to open, pages to load and open etc. (it's not a virus it's old age) thanks for stopping by.

Oh my heck! You have those Tim Holtz birds I have been coveting. Soon I will get them too. Love the new stash on your desk. Good luck with those solid pots of coloring, hopefully you can reconstitute them.
