This particular challenge was to create an Thank-You card for an deployed service member with an handwritten note inside and using the color combo Red, White & Blue. this Papertrey Ink Enchanted Evening cardstock came to me via wish rak (yesterday from Misse336 ~ Thanks Melissa!)
The Stamps are from Stampin Up colored with prisma pencils. die cut with an Spellbinders labels 11 die.
This was done for the WRMDCC1003 Miss you challenge that needed to be an CAS card. ( Clean & Simple)
This is an A-6 card in real life, I have not used my corner rounder punches in forever so, they were dusty in side and so my "lots of white space" quickly became my creamy brown fluid chalk ink dragged all over it... (yes i am rolling my eyes) may add some distress over the top of that later too. The frame is the negative part of the image on the card above. the big red heart brad is unknown and the pp is basic grey. Believe that House Mouse image is called Eek, Eek, Eeek. sentiments from Stampin Up. done in Memento Bamboo Leaves
This is was done for WRMDCC1001 WHich had to use this OWH sketch.
This Gina K fresh asparagus cardbase came to me via wish rak from Catcrazy { Thanks Janice!!} the background was done with ranger alcohol inks on SU glossy cardstock. The Hero Arts thinking tag was stamped with Olympia Green versafine on a scrap of pale blue cardstock then layered to another scrap of faded blue cardstock that was rak'ed to me from Leigh Anne :) these were die cut with Large petite circle dies from spellbinders & are up on pop dots. the sheer ribbon is (unlabeled) and the simmery brad i think came off packaging of something Alice gave to me ( its been in a bin on the table for months) This one's A-6 in real life.
WRMDCC1004 Love You challenge could not use red or pink. this tag came to me via wish rak a very long time ago ( an whole little baggie of them) it has a faint cinnamon smell to it, I no longer remember who gave it to me though ( sorry )
This one is 5X7 in real life, the Stampabilities love script was stamped with versafine olympia green and the buttons are from basic grey. they have some scrappers floss through the holes. the green satin ribbon is one sided, used an Bow easy to make that double bow. ( and in the crop view you can see it shreads really really easily) so the glue is not all the way dry on this ribbon yet. the paisley background was stamped with SU old olive onto SU very vanilla cardstock. there is some machine sewing along the edges of that panel too.
4 down 8 to go... ( good thing its a 3 day weekend)
