Still playing with baby congrats card ideas, this is vintage lace with May Arts ribbon in it. used an SU punchie on the vellum. the blue bead flower came to me as part of the packaging on the fabulous RAK from Mary Ann and i switched out the rhinestone brad for an American Crafts pearl brad.
The Blessed & Congrats sentiments were stamped with Fresco Blue Grotto chalk ink on the die cut (which pulls out ) so there is room for an gift card to hide behind it.
With the sentiment tag pulled out. this ones 5 1/" square in real life. The Cream is Neenah Classic Cream, the Blue vellum is unknown and the Bazzil base is an RAK from Leibetty ( Thanks Leigh Anne!!)
