Watercoloring Poppies

 Variations on a theme... today's featured stamper is Chitra, and I found this gorgeous card in her gallery that I LOVE the colors of... I think mine got strange color wise while I was trying to do ( lightroom and adobe elements to these cards) ( this is the first time I have tried to use these programs in this computer and the updates have a learning curve to them. Ink colors are Festive Berries, Worn Lipstick, Pine Needles, Evergreen Bough, Iced Spruce & crushed olive

 so the whitebalance now has a mind of its own in lightroom... may have to break out the book and get it set up again... ( my old computer it took me very few steps to import to export RAW files.) I am one of those strange people to tries too hard to "get it right in camera" so, this is annoying.

 These are all A-7 in real life the flower is from Impress heat embossed with some ranger seafoam white on Ranger distress watercolor paper and these were colored with some distress inks. the sentiment on this one is from the Avery elle set called oh happy day. did the sentiment with the MISTI and ( did not need to reink it haha)

The sentiment on this one is from the same set as above, changes were to add the vintage trim and fancy pants mint corrugate paper. the base on all these cards is MFT whip cream
