A catch up post

New stamps... the sentiment is from Riley & Co. and the birch trees are from Oct. Afternoon.
truth is when I get new stamps I usually stamp them right away and then haul the images that need colored to the house and the others just kinda sit on the table for a while. these just happened to sit next to each other and looked good. ( this is actually not the correct colors for this card I am trying to attempt to "relearn" lightroom... it did not have this camera calibration in 3 that it does in 5 and that seems to do wonky things to the whitebalance... ( I will figure it out eventually) but, in the mean time you'll get to see me whimper about it. and hopefully not stomp my foot too much.
because, the booth needs thank you cards. the butterfly has been on the table for a while now pulled off a gift package that came to me.  sentiment is Hero Arts and is heat embossed in white on green.

these scraps were kinda on the table for a while now and by chance I layered the blue frame over the orange daisy's and left it that way for a couple of weeks before I glued it down yesterday. kinda had to laugh its not a normal color combo for me and it made me grin and think of Lydia's new and improved studio remodel.

this one was just the first time this sentiment was stamped grabbed a scrap of course and decided I liked all the greens and it went from there.

I think I never posted this one, but it was done as a combo between the inspiration challenge and the teapotters challenge the weekend of VSN. it went to a guy batteling cancer who is a birding fan.

this was the very first time I used this Sweet and Sassy set ( very intricate doilies) and the very first time I used the MISTI. did this in shades of purple for my oldest nieces birthday a few weeks ago.

the sentiment is from Avery Elle and this one is A-7 in real life.

My son was finally able to get his birthday box from the PO and open it... so this was for his birthday a few weeks ago.
its 6" square in real life with the Wplus9 sentiment inside.

My Neighbors birthday ( is the day after my sons) and because, I liked how this turned out.

I did a second one real quick for the booth.
sentiment is from Hero Arts.

Last week the ways to use it challenge was to make something with lucky charm... well, I dont think of anything as a lucky charm but, I had these new stamps that needed inked on the table and tossed in the leaf charm to suit it. thought about doing it to look like a tree bark behind the stamps but, kind of liked how it looked on the plain cream ( see what I mean about the light? that is cream paper not white in real life) ( I am rolling my eyes. I know this means just go shoot more stuff so you can get this nailed faster) but, I will probably just be plodding along trying to make up enough stuff for a decent display at the booth. ( its a two day event)
