head starting Feb's Xmas...

Having finished 10 for January figured i may as well keep going with the Christmas here and there thing even though I dont need 10 more until the end of next month I find it easier to do them as the mood strikes. this is an Whiff of Joy stamp called Wee with Reindeer or Wee & Reindeer. (can't remember) I think what i liked best about it was the fact that the reindeers legs looked like Gumby legs to me. Remember gumby? they actually have a stamp of Gumby and Pooky (and it goes for big bucks on the 'bay) Its stamped with Memento tuxedo black on Neenah solar white and colored with prisma pencils. die cut with an Nestibilities long rectangles die. the scallop border mat is the flip side of that Basic Grey fruitcake line holly/berry pp. the edge scallops were done with the SU scallop border punch. That satin ribbons from the dollar tree store. Its not very good quality. You have to check the rolls the ones marked as 100% Polyester feel nicer and are much softer easier to work with Satin ribbons, the ones where they are less then 100% the ribbon is stiff and not as high of a quality. but, they are a good bargain at 5 & 6 yards for a dollar. quite a few of the colors look good with SU cardstocks. this is A-6 in real life. Oh, its not really crooked either, was watching the "level" meter on the camera, have to teach my brain to disregard that one, get some strange shots trying to use it. Done with scraps on the table. will have to look up what set that tiny sentiment is from but, most likely teeny tiny wishes. these are 3 inches square in real life, used that holly and berries cuttlebug folder on the cream label die then inked it with creamy brown on the one on the right.
