One Sheet Wonder Neutral Christmas

So a funny thing happened ( or maybe a lucky thing happened or well I had no control over it and this happened.)

maybe once upon a time would be a better opening?

So, once upon a time there were these two stampers who run some challenges (Christmas and all Occasions) at splitcoast that I am signed up for. ( I did this to my self, on purpose ) and these gals toss all the names of all the people playing ( into a hat each month I guess) for people who complete the challenges they signed up for. and mail them a "surprise" in the mail. and I received one of these last tuesday. and there were three sheets of Christmas paper, a lumpy snow word and some lumpy snowflakes ( embellishments ) and an sealed envelope and when I picked up the envelope and opened it from the back side I assumed there as a card or something maybe images inside. and I got it opened and thought what? then noticed the writing on the front of the envelope. this contained a one sheet wonder. and If you've never heard of that its a piece of paper cut up into specific shapes to get I don't know how many cards from it... so. there I was and I looked at that and thought hunh. ( I don't do puzzles I really don't I know your laughing if you seen those open greenhouse box shots, but that was hub's deal and he dealt with it.) I don't know how many cards your supposed to get from this but, what I did was I took the pieces upstairs and found a sheet of Anna Griffin goldish swirled paper and some greenish stripe paper and another scrap of brown script paper. (these were all large scraps) and thought Ok just mat these OSW piece and inked all the edge with creamy brown fluid chalk ink and stitched them together. So after a couple of nights I had a pile of 9 partial card fronts. with a pile of those pieces left over.

These hedgehog images came to me via wish rak or the PIF threads a very long time ago, I do not remember this ones name or how I got it. but, I did color these the same with copic markers sometime last winter. The hedgeies are colored with E40,41,43,44,47,71,&87 and the hymm is outlined in Y23.
These are all A-6 in real life.

The one on the left uses some MM ribbon and the buttercup liquid pearls got smeared a bit doing drops so dragged a scrap through them and made them a line.

The House mouse on the left is the only one not quite so neutral but, the pop of color is fun and still works with these other papers I think. thought the mouse on the right looked cute trying to place that bow on the sentiment I guess.

Some white mulberry flowers layered with buttons. the square card on the left is 4" in real life.

So, when I got all the cards before this one done I started mentally counting and figured if I did just 2 more Christmas cards, I would have all of May and All of June DONE. so, that found me digging for this image. Which also came to me via wish rak. This mouse is colored with the following copic markers:

Skin: E00,21,R20
Fur: E33,43,53,YR24
Star: Y11,13,17
Tree: YG03, 63,91,95,97
C1

So, that left me with this one its a hero arts sentiment i diecut on a huge scrap a while back but it fit pretty well color/size wise on this base so just went with it.

and that left me with even more scraps right? so all 5 of these gift card tags are 3" square and

and there is Still one more odd shape of this pp left over.  I think this is enough of this paper and I have no clue who makes it so that last piece is going into the scraps bin for "someday"
