boxes, bags and giftcards

Had to spend some time re-organizing on Saturday mid day because, the suitcase of Christmas & other Tags was overflowing. also got the suitcase of just Christmas cards price tagged. I have been just making them all year and not tagging those because, I did not know which ones I wanted to mail out personally... and it turned out to be a whole 10 of them. I am leaning towards the most people are going to get a store bought card this year... sounds bad I know but, most the people on my card list could care less and another thing I have noticed is I have gone from receiving a couple hundred Christmas cards to under 30 over the years.

these are 3" square in real life.

the white balance or something got really out of whack on this one the left one is a mint green ( pale ) and the right is a lavender color ( pale)

I know I have done this before, need to find the old photos because, what ever I did ( they all sold) they are just little gift sacks altered simply.

now these I have to try later they came this way with the scalloped tops and they are sturdier than the kraft sacks I *think* they may be wide enough to hold hot cocoa packets ( not that Costco has had the starbucks ones ever again since the first time I found them there) ( I'm rolling my eyes here) so, these are all empty.

these are those pillowboxes that were too small to hold 3" cards I bought years ago, wrapped belly bands on them and stuffed with basket filler for gift card holders ( a few sold last spring ) and so figured I would fill up that container again with them.

which ended up being a few too many and had to switch containers around haha. fun stuff. made 7 more little 3" cards on Saturday also that I ran out of light to shoot them.

I have always enjoyed handmade cards. My non papercraft friends don't appreciate my cards unfortunately. :( I understand the buying cards thing.
