scene it again?

I have come to the conclusion that markers are only for cute open space images for me... have stamped this scene 4 times now the first three were colored with copic and bic-mark it markers... all reside in the trash. this ones colored with prisma pencils (surprise surprise) i wish these came in more colors... large tree is from Coronado Island Stamping, deer, ducks in formation and pond are all from stampscapes, the pine tree row is from PSX, this is 5X7 in real life, mat is river rock cardstock and cardbase is always artichoke.
another simple one, I'm ready for fall. PSX harvest wagon colored with prisma pencils, mat is a scrap of river rock and the base is unknown. this ones 4 1/2" x 6 in real life.

Wow! That scene is so beautiful. And how well all those iamges go together even though they are from different companies. I agree, markers can be a challenge unless you have big open spaces. But your pencil work, for both the outdoor scene and the harvest wagon are beautiful.

Amazing how the first card looks like it is "one" stamp. Stacy, wow!!

I like the colorings on both cards.

Sometimes, pencils are the best way. Markers can be limited, but they are better for larger items.

I went through my Prim colored pencils the other week. Some I still have not even sharpened yet.

How do you sharpen yours? I have an old make-up eye pencil sharpener that I use. ( If I can still locate it ).

I love Fall........I am ready for cool weather!!!

You are doing great art with your Prismacolor Pencils.

Do you use a blending pencil or blend with the lighter color Prisma pencils.

Keep up the good work

Oh what a great nature scene-I think that you are right about the markers vs the pencils for the shading on scenes like this

awesome SCene Stacy! I love it - I know what you mean about the bics though - have you tried like the water based markers with the su blender pen - I really like that for the softer look, but on images that are too small for me to use the pencils in ;)
