Friday's DTGD cards ( so far)

When I had seen Jeanne's challenge I really didnt know what I wanted to do but, when I started messing around with my stamps I had pushed this piece of vintage lace out of the way more off to the side of the scrap pile so it wouldn't get covered with inks or powders or anything and it made me think that it would make a good perch. and the pocket came later thinking of some Miss Me jeans I had seen a grange co-op store a year or two ago. ( the pockets had lace roses embedded in the denim which was way more user friendly in my mind at that time then rhinestones that come off in the wash) kwim?

So, the  butterfly was done using melted pearls and this one is A-6 in real life.

For Lori's challenge, love this gal from Unity stamps ( harmony gal) and the sentiment is a newer one that comes with a line of cowboy boots ( mind just went blank on its set name) but, this one is A-7 in real life.
This was done for Vicki's challenge the red mat paper is actually some colored cork paper from DCWV. ( and the glue does not like it much) I was trying for a CAS look so, I did not do lots of layers and stitch it down. ( makes me wonder how it would hold up going through the sewing machine) used some colorbursts for the pops of color. this leaves me as needing Lori, Dina & Lydia from todays line up still.
