We've named her Grace.
And all of us love her to death, one week later...
The breeders are willing to take her back...
but, i don't know yet what we are going to do, we had gotten deliberately from different blood lines then storm with the intentions of breeding them someday. this will never happen. our vet seen both dogs today. (storm has a lump on his back this should go away its either a reaction to the rattlesnake vaccination or the Lyme disease vaccination ( he had 4 or 5 shots last week) but, back to Grace. she has to get fixed no matter what.
She could develop all kinds of health problems, maybe spend her life going to dog orthodontists. ( there are not any where we live so long road trips to spend big bucks fixing her mouth as she ages)
so many potential heartbreaks.
and this comes the day after we've named her and falling in love.
Well of course we are gonna keep her, lets just hope she doesn't need lots of dental work before we pay off the hospital for my ear...

Ohhh, Stacy, I am so sorry that you may not be able to keep the puppy. I know that it's hard to take her back, but it's also hard to think of what she will be like with all the tx she may need. I will pray for you guys tonight.
Poor Grace, she needs doggy braces.
I never knew that there was a dog orthodontist out there.
Hopefully, you will keep her. Look at her face.........you can't help but fall in love with her.
:)
Well it sounds like Grace is in a loving home and I'm glad you are keeping her. Just think if you don't she could go to someone who isn't willing to fix the problems or even put her down because of it. She is so cute and looks like she gets along great with your other dog, that's a big plus!! Good Luck with Grace, I'm sure she's going to bring you tons of smiles!!!!
Oh, I'm just so glad you're keeping her Stacy! Sound slike you already love her. She's SUCH a sweet thing!
awwww poor Grace- Somehow I can't see a little over-bite interfering with a labradors ability to eat!
That's a sahme to not be able to breed her. The breeder should definitely refund you some of your $$ then!
