This was done for Sabrina's challenge seen here. (do not use traditional glues to adhere the top layers together and do not make a one layer card) the reason why its laying down is because, the only thing holding that tag with fibers to the mono print background is that brad. so it dangles and flaps and there are no micro glue dots holding everything just so on it the way I would normally do a card... this one the background was done spraying shimmer sprays through a stencil. ( couple of different colors) so, it has some glimmer when tilted in real life. the tag was stained with some peacock distress the bottom was trimmed with pinking shears so it could fit on the card front. the fiber is from the now gone under fibers by the yard. This is 5 1/2" square in real life.
