Gina K Designs Challenge cards

Take Flight Stamps done in Versafine on Neenah... ( second butterfly is cut out along the insides of the furry edges and attached on the bugs body only) this was done very quickly this evening for Lee's sketch challenge for the Gina K release party last night. the butterfly is stamped twice and the second one is layered to the one stamped on the circle so the wings can flip up just a bit on the edges. The vintage (IE bought it at a yardsale) Lace is sewn to the panels along the horizontal edges. the polkadots pp is from Bo Bunny, the brown texture panel is Bazzill, the cardbase is Paper Trey Ink Vintage Cream and It's A-6 in real life. You can find the details about this challenge here: (inside the Gina K Member Co. forums) It does not close until Monday night... the first challenge was to create an card using 3 buttons... so this is very simple but, uses my most used GinaK stamp...
I love buttons, have been hoarding them a long long time, just had to break down and start filling another Canning jar of them just last weekend put away the last of last summers yard sale treasures into my stash... I kind of let it just pile up for a while. because it seems like when you find something you find other somethings nearly the same time then have long dry spells between findings. The paper trey ink aqua mist is from the scraps pile ( same as the Neenah cream) started this card using this piece of Basic Grey June Bug pp, ( its double sided the other sides wild colored quilt looking paper) there is a bit of creamy brown fluid chalk ink along the edges of things on this card. the green sheer ribbons from SU and the blue is generic (made in china is all the label said) This is 4 1/2" square in real life.
You can find the details for this challenge Here: (its also inside the GKD forums)
