Okay so its not a traditional "baby" card... but, i had fun doing it and hopefully they will like it too.
It's A-6 in real life, Die Cuts with a View printed paper, some Spellbinders scallop hearts, pop dots, May Arts ribbons, the larger heart was stamped with some stems from the Gina K botanicals set, and the happy for you in the bottom right is same set, then the inside has an congratulations from Lovely Labels 2. the swirl stamp is from Inkadinkado.
The ribbon wraps around and is sewn under the front sheet of pp so it ties the card closed.
