There is black stickles in the "wells" of embossing on the what are they? dill weed blooms? so maybe you can see the catchlights in the glitter.
This was done for the featured stamper challenge at scs this week, I chose this card:
LynniePoo's and I ended up flipping the Friends Forever cuttlebug embossed panel over, adding some ribbon and made the mat larger so mine is actually 5X7 in real life. She had done her's for an CAS challenge ( which i did not link mine to, because it has more layers, but for me this is CAS ;) )

Just beautiful Stacy!! I just love making cards with that folder, so quick and easy! I think it qualifies as CAS!
Never thought to "fill" in those areas before, Stacy. Another {idea}.
