recent cards and puter update

This card is 5X7 in real life and was made possible by Catcrazy ( Thanks Janice! )The main image is from Sugar nellies Elisabeth Bell "Planting some Love" The cardbase is river rock, The soft sky mat was run through an script embossing folder then inked with creamy carmel. the Tag Alphabet is Stamped with India Ink Black on River rock cardstock and up on pop-dots. The Latest is stamped from the MM magnetic alphabet set called rummage. the "fresh" sentiments from Lockhart stamps. I made this as an sample card for an challenge i will host at Split coast on friday night for wish rak. Need to make another and have an idea for it, but the sentiment i ordered last month (from England ) is not here yet...
A recent purchase this one is colored with copic markers and gelly (stardust on the wings and gold on the halo) roll glaze pens.. (a look at the bling)
Its 5X7 in real life. This stamp (Angelica from Stampendous was on sale 40% off at M's when i went through there last week. and Ive been through there 3 times in Oct. so... finally caved and bought it since it was on sale and its so different then my other angel images. The sentiments the inside of an "outlines brand" framed sentiment stamped with an turquoise SU marker. the edges of the panel have old paper distress ink and Nick bantock ink (blue) on the edges,. the soft sky mats also have old paper distress on them. the snowflake pp is from Basic Grey and the ribbon is unknown.
This was done with scraps from the card above... reindeer and star are UK sized Elzybells (much bigger and easier to color then the U.S.A. sized ones) This ribbon is from May arts and came to me inside a birthday card from Mountainmom Thanks Imogene! its colored with markers. the sentiments from A Muse, and its (probably about 5" square) I'm not looking at the real card as i type this just editing...
This is an image i did a trade for on Splitcoast for, to give to Alice and when she came for the envelopes i have gotten so far she asked if i wanted any and i took one of these. (had not seen this one in person before) it was fun to color. House Mouse "painting a pansy" I have to find my note book to know who to thank for it, the card stock colors are marigold morning, certainly celery and orchid opulence. its 5X7 in real life. the celery was run through an "d'vine swirls" folder in the cuttlebug.
ah, old desk top computer is totally fried inside so, a new puter is being built. this will take time. so i have none of my files, photos or email addresses...
the computer tech was able to save my hard drive to his so will work at reloading it to the new computer after the parts come in. evidently if we buy what we had we will have to upgrade in a year anyways. (something in computers are about to change again) and so... cheaper to just get the new thing now then upgrade to it next year... but, its too late to get XP so the new puter will have to go vista... WAAA! (insert a sad face here)
lazy i know but i am resistant to changes...
So that's about it, gotta go bump the heaters to 70 the snow is making me cold in my bones.
got the election coverage on... glad its almost over. :)

Lovely cards, Stacy.

Did you use a Stardust pen for the "bling" on the wings?

Lovely mouse card - so cute. Computers used to scare me at one time and slowly they have become my friend.(one computer illiterate lady who has lessons from her daughter- that's me). Have a nice day!
