Happy Thanksgiving

I used the mega curved rectangles (nestiblities dies) on this card. (used some of the money my mom gave me for my birthday to order them and they just arrived in the mail the other day. (Thanks Mom) :) I'm planning to send you some samples of the die cuts because (they will work in your cuttlebug) Anyways this is 5X7 in real life. Penny Black "I'm So Cute" dog with an Inkadinkado Sentiment. the polka dot pp is from an scrap and i used some old paper distress along the edges of the white panel so they could blend a little better. the cream paper flower is from Bazzill (who knew they made flowers?) not I (this is also another birthday gift from Jan) red prima flower and button with dmc floss. Thought it would look cool with the layers sewn but, even going reallllyy SLLOOOOW i could not get the stitches to follow the curves exactly. (so harder to do then circles) :) yeppers those snowmen have the bodies to prove it too eh?
just messing around, i don't do much in the way of altered things very often. but these were fun. all of the pp (except the red check) is Basic Grey, the tags were cut with nestibility dies. (curved rectangles and scalloped rectangles) slimming chocolate sentiments from Inkadinkado, the worthwhile chocolate sentiments from Limited Editions, the Enjoy is from Hero Arts. these were stamped with Distress Inks (fired brick) brackets are die cuts from Quickutz. various ribbons. found you have to make these fit the bars though you cant just make wrappers and then go buy bars there are just so many size variations of chocolate.
just some things from yesterday afternoon...

Great sewing on this one, can be fiddly with curves but this is fab. Lots of chocolate there!
