fun new cuttlebug folders this one and the snowflake frame on the left in the photo way below are from the home shopping network bundle. painted with twinkling H2O's... Pair of simple ones, the left was done on kraft cardstock, the bases of these are double sided Neenah so the outsides are an green linen and the insides are a cream linen, and they cracked a bit where scored. they are a-6 in real life. The card on the left the cuttle-buged cardstock is some textured white that i had spray painted with the angelwings glimmer mist spray a while back and there are a few half pearls and some sheer ribbon and the Sentiments from PSX. the mat's from stardream and also adds to the whole bling bling look, the upright card in the back has some borders (from the 5X7 sized winter borders bundle) the gift tag on the right was done with some of the scraps laying around from the other two cards, SU ornament done in Ranger ink then the "white" space of the design was traced over with an gellyroll glaze pen. so this ones 3" square.
an rak image sent to me from Leigh Anne :) with an SU sentiment added I dont remember this ones name so cant tell you who sent her to me... stamps happen bluebird on basic grey pp. this card started with the paper and i thought how the heck does anyone use this...??? then i started digging in my colored images tin and decided this worked... very clean and simple note card.
hee hee thought this was supposed to be a dinosaur fish or something when i picked up this stamp, but its real name is "boarfish" from Fred B Mullett stamps. this is on some sahara sand Cardstock colored with prisma pencils and gellyroll glaze pen. (on the fins) The seaweed stamps are the Impression Obsession "plant group 2", Stampscapes "prickly Branches", and an all night media seaweed that is not marked with a name on it. the green pp is from My minds eye, and the green textured cs is from Bazzill. no sentiment on this one, figured i would add something when i needed to mail it away.
For Christmas Alice had filled this with goodies and fudge, and as i was emptying it and putting things away i noticed the pile of dew drop pads i had on the table and thought hmmm, so for now this will work pretty good i think. Bought this su folder last fall and the only time i had played with it i ran a piece of vellum through it but, it turned out to be too deeply etched for vellum and i set it aside and forgot about it... but, got it out and just played, this was done on Neenah solar white, then the edges were inked with one of those tiny ink pads in the pots above. ( a square one want to say clay rose but not sure that is the real name) and then the insides were chalked with some pebbles chalk that has some bling to it. Sentiments also from SU and up on popdots, used one of the petite ovals to die cut it and the mat under it. The Green cardstock (shimmery) is from stardream. A christmas gift, (light tent) tested it out on the shots of that card above using an floor ott light on one side and the window on the other side. what it folds up to ( the light tent) :)
From the SU Joy set, the colors are a little "off" ( daylight through the window does something funny to the burgundy color for some reason)
Hubs XMas card this year... the Impression Obsession image is an PIF one from Photoholic ( Thanks Shannah!) the Elzybells Sentiment came to me also via the PIF swaps from Leibetty ( Thanks Leigh Anne) :) the heart paper (will have to look it up) the greenish pp is from Basic Grey, the ribbons unknown and I just die cut the image/sentiment and inked the edges as usual...
gave this one to him last night so its safe to post it now, lol. hope you all have a Merry Christmas!
Penny Black (Snowmen Melt your heart) stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black on some Neenah Cardstock and colored with Prisma Pencils, the SU swirly heart background was stamped on Kraft cs and the green cs strip is from Club scrap ( I still have pieces of it and the burgundy from that prize) the gingham pp is from BoBunny Press and the burgundy sheer ribbon actually matches the pp in real life. ( some sunlight snuck in the window and tampered with it haha) :) I don't remember who makes the primitive heart brad, think its from an assortment pack i got on the 'bay years ago when the scrappin bug had bitten me... this ones 5X7 in real life.
not sure on this one's name Elyzbells sentiment, Victoria cuttlebug folder and Labels 4 nestibilities dies.. sentiments from SU, black embossed label, basic grey pp. not sure on the elf, the JOY is from SU, nestibilities dies. SU ornament, copper string, Hero Arts Ornament, Gina K sentiment Unity Stamps Ornament not sure on this hedgies name. A shy Surprise (kitty) Penny black, an Labels 8 die folded in half. Just rite stampers ... ;) Ann-Ticiapations sentiment inside an A Muse frame with some liquid pearls and stickles... SU sentiment (have to check on the leaf) A Muse froggy, SU sentiment Dollar bin sentiment, Long scalloped rect. die (folded in half) "Duet" with an A Muse sentiment Changito Cocoa with su sentiment An wish rak image, gift card base was randomly scored on score pal. because i didnt hit the center on this scrap when making it into a card... (and the color/size worked with this image and there was no more scraps of this in the bin)
most of these are 3" square a couple are smaller a few are larger (nothing 4inches or over)
lately (for the last month or so) I've made a TON of gift cards and or tags... have not photographed very many of them at all but, did get a few today. thinking I'm gonna have to set up a tripod for them I am finding to squat and shoot this camera ( is heavy with the spare bottom on it) I can't hold it still... so here is a few that were not as visibly shaky as most the ones i deleted the shots after. These were an PIF image (from Sammysue1975) Its from Stampendous and i think its name is Gift Snow angel? done with scraps on the table... Another PIF image, this is an Impression Obsession and it came to me via the PIF image swaps at scs from jknorp (Thanks Janet!), sentiments from SU. and up on pop-dots. blue is a scrap of bazzill, all the folding gift cards i have done if they are a darker shade of cardstock they are lined inside with white... most of the folding Sq. ones are 3" but, have also started doing some 4" ones. this is a terrible shot, the lights is all wrong, but on this shot you get a glimpse of the bling on the ornament... Probably should have tossed this shot too, bitty blurry. the Stampendous Pail topper is stamped with versamark and embossed in ranger detail gold on some textured bazzill then colored with paint pens and stickles glitter and liquid pearls.
Hoping to steal some time to shoot some more of these this weekend before i give them all away.
Decorating... the tree went up saturday... had his hair wacked last week too.. can see his face again *gasp* ;) another cuteness from High Hopes, if i remember right this ones called Andrea's Kittens. Ive stamped her with Memento on Neenah and colored with Prisma pencils. May arts ribbon, basic grey pp. ( dont i say that about nearly every card?) lol A Muse sentiment punched with SU word window punchie. and some Colorbox creamy brown fluid chalk ink along the edges. the blue pps i dont remember who makes it but its double sided so the other side has a pattern of some kind ( don't remember anymore which one it may be) an very old PIF image that i received from turtlescrapper last year, ( Thanks Jaclyn!) its colored with prisma pencils. added the SU sentiment and then die cut it with an label nestibility die. the micro mini brads are from Michael's. the ribbon i think came to me from an SU ribbon share last year but, since i sort by color there is really no way to tell anymore. the pp is from Basic grey. tfl.
